di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques j&rsquo;\u00e9vite le plus possible d&rsquo;aller dans les cha\u00eenes de fast food et je favorise les burgers maison.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui je vous pr\u00e9sente mon burger au canard <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-woostify-primary-background-color has-background has-woostify-heading-3-font-size\">De quoi avons nous besoins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Petit pain \u00e0 Burger (mon petit pain vient de mon boulanger, chacun son m\u00e9tier)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oignon <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feuilles d&rsquo;\u00e9pinard <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile d&rsquo;olive <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vinaigre de fruit rouge <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deux cuill\u00e8res de miel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farine, pr\u00e9paration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai fait cuire mes cuisses de canard dans un plat avec juste du&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/saltisimo.com\/index.php\/gros-sel-de-noel-daveiro\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">sel de <\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/saltisimo.com\/index.php\/gros-sel-de-noel-daveiro\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">No\u00ebl<\/a><\/span> directement dans mon barbecue<a class=\"rank-math-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> <\/a>au gaz&nbsp;que je ne quitte plus!<br>Une fois cuite, je les ai bien entendu effiloch\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un second temps, J&rsquo;ai \u00e9minc\u00e9 un oignon et dans une po\u00eale je les ai fait suer puis j&rsquo;ai rajout\u00e9 un petit filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Lorsque mes oignons commencent \u00e0 dorer, j&rsquo;ai rajout\u00e9 un filet de vinaigre de fruit rouge et je laisse r\u00e9duire. Une fois mes oignons l\u00e9g\u00e8rement translucides, je rajoute deux bonnes cuill\u00e8res de miel et je touille, je touille et je touille. (l&rsquo;odeur est indescriptible, moi j&rsquo;adore). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce qui est du r\u00e2p\u00e9 de pomme de terre, j&rsquo;\u00e9pluche et r\u00e2pe une pomme de terre par personne, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 farine par personne, un oeuf, une petite cuill\u00e8re d&rsquo;ail d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9, du sel, du poivre et je rajoute du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.
