WHO IS SALTISIMO? Unique flavours inspired by Portugal. SaltiSimo was born from a passion for Portuguese gastronomy and a simple ambition: to offer a new way to discover one of Portugal’s most iconic products, salt from Aveiro. We select Portuguese salts and transform them into a variety of creations, from natural salt to flavoured salts combining herbs and spices. Our aim is to offer authentic products that are easy to use and bring character and flavour to your cooking. A VARIED AND EVOLVING RANGE SaltiSimo offers a range of natural and flavoured salts made with Portuguese salt. Fleur de sel, coarse salt and flavoured creations make up a range designed for both everyday cooking and discovering new flavour combinations. Our flavoured salts combine the distinctive character of Aveiro salt with a selection of herbs and spices to create balanced and original blends. LOCAL AND ARTISANAL PRODUCTION Our salt is of Portuguese origin and comes from the Ria de Aveiro region on Portugal’s west coast. The harvesting of Aveiro salt is part of a long-standing local tradition, closely linked to the salt pans and the expertise of producers in the region. SaltiSimo prepares and blends its creations in Portugal, near Aveiro, preserving a strong connection with the origin and identity of the product.
