DELIVERY Orders placed before 12:00 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped with a tracking service via CTT or Mondial Relay / InPost, depending on the destination and the delivery method selected when placing the order. When a tracking number is available, it allows you to follow the progress of your parcel. Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination country and the selected delivery method. They are clearly displayed before your order is confirmed. DELIVERY TO PORTUGAL CTT – Tracked Delivery Shipping cost: €4.50 Free delivery on orders of €50 or more. Mondial Relay / InPost Shipping cost: €4.90 Free delivery on orders of €65 or more. DELIVERY TO FRANCE CTT – Tracked Delivery Shipping cost: €8.90 Free delivery on orders of €75 or more. Mondial Relay / InPost Shipping cost: €5.90 Free delivery on orders of €65 or more. DELIVERY TO OTHER EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES CTT – Tracked Delivery Shipping cost: €11.90 Free delivery on orders of €90 or more. Mondial Relay / InPost Shipping cost: €7.90 Free delivery on orders of €85 or more. ORDER TRACKING When the selected shipping method includes tracking, a tracking number is assigned to your parcel. Tracking information depends on the carrier and destination country. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed when the parcel is transferred to a partner postal operator abroad. DELIVERY TIMES Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected carrier. Any delivery times displayed during the ordering process are provided for information purposes only and may be extended during periods of high activity, public holidays, exceptional circumstances or customs procedures. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES For destinations subject to customs formalities, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping costs charged by SaltiSimo and remain the responsibility of the Customer. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING Particular care is taken when preparing and packaging each order to protect the products during transportation. We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order to avoid separate shipping charges being applied to multiple orders.
