Delivery
For all orders before 12H (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), your package will be dispatched the same day. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price of your order. We advise you to group your purchases If you don't, you'll have to pay shipping costs for each order. We take great care in packing your items. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the carrier.
Delivery in Europe (zones 1 and 2)
Orders are shipped via Portuguese Post (CTT) or Fedex International depending on the delivery method chosen. Each parcel has a tracking number. For destinations in Portugal, orders worth less than 15 euros are shipped via simple tracking. Orders worth 15 euros or more are shipped with tracking. The tracking number is sent to the e-mail address given by the Customer before the Order is delivered. For deliveries outside Portugal, delivery charges are added to the price of the Products in accordance with the table below:
