Laurel sauce, a cousin of the cinnamon tree and native to Asia Minor, is carefully selected, hand-picked, then dried and packaged by hand to preserve its integrity. Our leaves are a must in simmered dishes, offering the perfect harmony with butter-fried apples.
Storage method:
Our products are delivered in hermetically sealed packaging, but we recommend that you transfer them to an opaque container to preserve their aromas and spices.
Use:
You can choose to crumble them or use whole leaves in your dishes to intensify the diffusion of aromas.
