As an infusion: 20 dried leaves to 30 cl water. Boil for 30 seconds and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain. Drink at least 3 cups a day, with meals.
In tea: Place a handful of olive leaves in 1 liter of cold water and bring to the boil. Once boiling, cover the pot with a lid and leave to infuse for around 10 minutes.
In your kitchen: You can incorporate the leaves directly into your sauces or dishes as you would with
bay leaves.
